                          Claims Assistant Position in the Suwanee Area

Someone with prior Health Insurance claims experience or Insurance Company experience. Must have strong communication and customer service skills to talk with customers. Must have a sense of urgency with the ability to follow through and prioritize. Will be responsible for creating sales presentations, so must be computer literate with strong Excel skills. Must enjoy a small office environment. Temporary to full time position. $40 - $45K.

                          Administrative/Customer Service Role in the Atlanta/Sandy Springs Area

Prior health insurance experience is a plus here! Looking for an administrative person with great customer service skills. Must be a problem solver type with good computer skills. Excel is a must – should be able to create spread sheets etc). Part time position with flexible hours. 24 hours a week. Could be 3 days at 8 hours a day, or 4 days at 6 hours a day. $12 - $15 an hour.

                          Property and Casualty Account Executive in the Duluth Area

Must have 10+ years experience in Property and Casualty Account Executive work. Will be in a client facing position. Must be licensed and have good technical skills. $125-$150K.

                          Commercial Account Manager in the Duluth Area

Provides technical support to Sales Executive/Account Executive(s); specifically in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations. Schedules appointments with clients as requested by Sales Executive/Account Executive(s). Occasionally accompanies Sales Executive/Account Executive on prospect and client meetings as requested by Sales Executive. Completes applications coordination with Sales Executive/Account Executive(s); submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies. Orders and issues binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verifies their accuracy; forwards them to client with appropriate correspondence. Determines if direct or agency billing is appropriate and invoices accordingly. Prepares summaries of insurance, schedules and proposals for word processing as needed. Processes renewals in coordination with Sales Executives/Account Executive(s) according to agency procedures. Reviews audits of policies; verifies accuracy and facilitates corrections, as needed, between client and carrier. Verifies policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary. College education with a minimum of 3 years insurance experience or a minimum of 7 years insurance experience. Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information, and respond appropriately. Ability to understand written and oral communication, and interpret abstract information. Property, Casualty Agents License. Knowledge of insurance products and usage’s. Knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets. Knowledge of insurance rating and underwriting procedures. Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables. Familiarity with computer and word processing programs

                          Estimating Assistant in the Buford Area

Position supports the Project Managers at a construction company in Buford. Most of the day will be spent on the phones soliciting bids – must be comfortable with being on the phones all day. Need strong follow-up skills and be available to cover front desk and phones when necessary. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Construction background a plus, but not required. Temporary to full time position. Low to mid $30K.

                          Entry Level Accounts Payable Position in the Norcross Area

Accounts Payable Position with a construction company in the Norcross Area. No Accounts Payable experience necessary – will train. Must have very fast and accurate data entry, over 10,000 kph. Temporary to full time position. $12-$13 an hour depending on experience.

                          Human Resources Administrator in the Braselton Area

Human Resources support operations, benefit processing, payroll, recruitment activities, new employee orientation, training, documentation and reporting unemployment and worker’s compensation, and handles some administrative tasks. Must have at least 2 years of HR and payroll experience (ADP preferred). Strong communication, math, customer service, and writing skills. Advanced Excel. Temporary to full time positon. $40-$45K.

                          Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Day to day Human Resources responsibilities. New employees, payroll through ADP, administer employee benefits program, maintain personnel records, I-9, reference checks. Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and Quickbooks. Temporary assignment with possibility for full time. Covering for a maternity leave. Would begin in August or September. $45K range.

                          Lead Generation Position in the Alpharetta Area

Responsible for prospecting new opportunities in existing clients and new business. The position requires heavy phone prospecting as well as developing relationships with clients and generating sales leads. Temporary to full time position. $40K base.

                          Customer Service Coordinator in the Duluth Area

All day to day customer related activities in the customer control center for a security company. Work closely with the project management team; coordinating installation, inspections, and special projects. Passion for serving internal and external customers and taking cater of their needs. Thrives in a team environment. Experience with coordinating and scheduling calendars and working in a high volume e-mail/call center. Need a strong customer service background and Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. Temporary to Full Time Position. $18-$22 an hour based on experience.

                          Broker Assistant in the Norcross Area

Must have Property and Casualty license and commercial property and casualty underwriting experience. Respond to all requests from team underwriters. Interact with clients and underwriters regarding policies. Explain coverage and liabilities to agents and/or clients. Check policies and submissions. Computer savvy, ImageRight is a plus. Temporary to Full Time Position. Paperless environment a plus. Temporary to Full Time Position. Salary $45-$55K.


                                 Dispatcher Position in the Alpharetta Area (on hold)

Process out service calls. Check warranties. Create invoices. Receive POs. Must have strong communication and computer skills. Self-starter with a positive attitude. Dispatch experience a plus, but not necessary. T-FT position. Mon-Fri 8-5. $14-$15/hour.  

                     Certified Medical Assistant in the Lawrencville Area

Must be certified. Busy office in Lawrencville. Use Temporary to Full Time Position. Monday-Friday 8:30-5. $13-$14/hour.
